The following is the route from Roxas City to Carles or Bancal Port:

You can get to the Roxas City Transport Terminal by riding a tricycle and asking the driver to bring you there from any location in Roxas City.

After you have arrived at the terminal, you will be able to board one of the buses heading in the direction of Carles. It is important to take note, however, that there are relatively few buses heading in the direction of Carles. If you are unable or unwilling to wait, you may board one of the buses heading in the direction of Estancia; however, you must request that the driver let you down at the Balasan crossing (which is the junction bound for Carles).

Take a tricycle traveling to the public market at the Balasan junction or crossing, or even better, ask the tricycle driver if he is prepared to take you directly to Bancal Port in Carles. The trip to Bancal Port via tricycle would take somewhere between 30 and 45 minutes.
